I need better habits

So I have been up since 12:00 in the afternoon yesterday!! I also have work at 11:00am today (dont ask me how I will make it through I have no idea! I have been laying in bed with my eyes closed for 5 hours and that is not working> I need to get myself into the habit of eating better exercise and sleeping at the same time every night!. I think that's going to be my new goal. I don't know how much longer I can take my crazy sleep patterns!

my goals
-stop drinking soda >_<
-sleep at the same time every night
-start getting in some exercise a few days a week
-lose about 45 pounds(not because I think I'm fat but I could use it)

hopfully I can successfully do all these things I wont give myself a time frame i feel that puts stress on top of it!

lets see if I can get in a small (very small) nap before I go to work at 11!

you'll be just fine! try not to stress yourself out by over thinking everything you want to do. instead, try one new thing at a time. I find that taking a daily vitamin everyday helps. It gives you some extra energy.
